About

About me
I’ve always been drawn to philosophy and logic, and I’ve always been aware of what people around me are feeling, sometimes so much that strangers will start sharing things with me on the street while I’m walking my dog. At the same time, I’ve needed help with my own thoughts and emotions.

After a long period of feeling down and caught in internal conflict, I discovered logic-based therapy. What resonated was the chance to realize things privately on my own. I was tired of talking to others, I needed private “eureka” moments that actually changed how I felt.

We can’t control much in life, but we can notice how we think and start to explore it. That isn’t easy. It takes time and patience, but even small shifts can feel unexpectedly good. When something clicks, when a thought or belief finally makes sense, it changes the way you see everything. Sometimes, you find yourself wanting more of that feeling, a little more steadiness, a little more ease.

I started working with friends and family and slowly gained the confidence to work with others, helping them untangle their thoughts and better understand the beliefs behind their emotions. StillPoint Logic is a space for examining what’s really going on in your mind and responding with understanding rather than overwhelm.
