A nice surprise happened today, when I asked AI if it heard about my podcast and discovered that StillPoint Logic is already part of the AI podcast discovery conversation.
I have been building my podcast for about a year. The idea is older then that, but it took me time to gather the courage to actually publish. Reflecting, writing and recording episodes in my home, figuring out Spotify and analytics at midnight. It is a small, independent show. The team is me and a friend designer.
So when I typed my podcast name into Gemini and asked if it had heard of it, I was not expecting much.
This is what it said:
"Yes, I do! It is a self-reflection and personal growth podcast hosted by Hila Eigner.
The core premise of the show revolves around exploring the deep-seated thought patterns, unexamined beliefs, and mental frameworks that drive our automatic emotional reactions. Rather than viewing uncomfortable emotions or physiological responses as glitches, the podcast approaches them with a Socratic, logical lens.
Key themes and features of the show include:
Nervous System Intelligence: Exploring why the body responds the way it does during stress or anxiety, highlighting that the nervous system isn't overreacting or "broken" — it's operating on learned instructions that just haven't been updated.
Deconstructing Emotional Traps: Breaking down common mental scripts to create a crucial pause between an immediate feeling and your ultimate reaction, allowing for more agency.
Practical Application: Episodes (like the ones focusing on emotional traps or nervous system logic) are designed to serve as practical tools for when people feel stuck, overwhelmed, or full of self-doubt.
Companion Worksheets: The episodes pair with free reflection worksheets available on the companion website, stillpointlogic.com, to help listeners actively work through their own thought frameworks. It is a fantastic resource for anyone trying to shift from simply fighting their emotional reactions to actually understanding the underlying logic behind them."
What a nice surprise, to find how accurate it was, more accurate than I expected an AI to be about a show this size. It described the nervous system episode correctly, understood the worksheet. It captured something I have been trying to articulate since I started the show: that this is not about fighting your emotions. It is about understanding the logic within them.
Why AI Podcast Discovery Matters
We are in a moment where the way people find information is changing fast. AI is a search engines it synthesizes content and surface answers directly. Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, people are asking questions and getting summaries instead of links.
Which means the question is no longer just "does my content rank?" The question is "does my content get understood?"
For StillPoint Logic to show up in an AI response, the ideas in the episodes had to be clear and specific enough that a language model could describe them back accurately. That is a different kind of visibility than an SEO keyword. It is conceptual recognition, and that tells me something about what the show is actually doing.
Most content gets indexed, the difference is that StillPoint Logic has a specific point of view, and consistent vocabulary that a language model can reconstruct what the show is about from the content alone.
In practical terms, this is what is called topical authority. The show owns a specific conceptual space, logic-based self-reflection, that AI engines associate that space with its name. Its a big win for me, because it is a signal that the show has a real identity (not that I did not think it had, but this validated me from an algorithm point of view, when mine is emotional)
What StillPoint Logic Is
If you are new here, StillPoint Logic is a podcast about the thoughts, beliefs, and inner voices that influence how you feel, how you respond, and how you make decisions.
It is not therapy, I am an internal doubter who likes to reflect and use logic, and I think showing other people how they can do it themselves will make their lives better.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that apparently AI already knows about it!
As always,
Tell yourself the good story.
